Engineering Foreman Hours and Benefits Salary negotiable dependant on experience and expectations 37.5 Hours per week, 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday Overtime and bonus opportunities This position is commutable from - Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Burntwood Engineering Foreman Candidate Requirements Solid engineering background with practical, hands-on experience. CNC machining expertise. Organised, proactive, and quality focused. Fabrication/fitting experience is a bonus. Any exposure to heavy engineering / castings or foundry would be highly advantageous. Engineering Foreman Key Responsibilities Lead a small engineering team and keep workflow on track. Read and work from engineering drawings to precision tolerances. Operate CNC milling and lathe machines (medium/large components - utilizing XYZ or Haas). Fabricate and fit components where needed.
