Senior Onboarding Calculations Consultant We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Onboarding Calculations Consultant to join our Award Winning PRT business. This is a hybrid working opportunity, which means you can work between your home and the office to find a work‑life balance that works for you. What you’ll be doing Calculating individual Defined Benefit quotations and designing tailored communications Leading on complex schemes and acting as a subject‑matter expert for the team Reviewing and quality checking benefit calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance Managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new Defined Benefit schemes Designing and delivering training to support customer understanding and fair treatment Facilitating valuation updates, bulk transfers and other scheme activities Liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth transitions and handovers Keeping stakeholders informed to support excellent customer outcomes Qualifications Pension qualification such as CII or PMI, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of Defined Benefit Pension schemes and benefit structures Knowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR, TCF and HMRC guidelines Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a technical pensions environment Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering good outcomes Confidence working independently and collaboratively across teams Benefits The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance‑related bonus plan and valuable share schemes Generous pension contribution Life assurance Healthcare Plan At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service.
