Logistics Operatives We are expanding our logistics team to work with us at Charlton Athletic Football Club. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Logistics Operatives to join our matchday and events team. This vital role supports the setup, movement, and organisation of equipment, furniture, and supplies across The Valley – ensuring everything is in place to deliver a smooth and professional experience for fans, staff, and guests. Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of hospitality and retail areas on matchdays and event days. Move furniture, signage, catering equipment, and other resources as required. Maintain storerooms and ensure equipment is safely and accurately stored. Ensure all logistical tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Support other stadium departments with deliveries, collections, and general operations. Follow all health and safety procedures and report any issues or hazards. What We’re Looking For Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks. A team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines. Flexible and reliable, with availability on matchdays (typically weekends and evenings). Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or facilities roles is desirable but not essential.
