With structured mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and hybrid work options, this is a fantastic opportunity to enter the life sciences and healthcare consulting space — especially if you need UK visa sponsorship.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide vital project management and administrative support across internal and client-facing projects in scientific areas such as:Medical CommunicationsValue & AccessEvidence DevelopmentRare DiseasesMedTechHealth PolicyYour key responsibilities will include:Overseeing delivery of scientific content and coordinating timelinesFormatting, quality control, and referencing of key healthcare documentsSupporting in-person and virtual events, meetings, and congressesCommunicating with clients and healthcare professionalsAssisting with internal process improvements and divisional initiativesCoordinating logistics with external suppliers and creative teamsTracking compliance documentation and supporting proposal developmentWho We’re Looking ForThis role is ideal for science graduates who are highly organized and excited about evidence-based medicine.
