Support Worker (Supported Living, Lingfield) Location: Saxby Lane, Lingfield, Surrey (RH7 6DL) Hours of Work: Part-Time, 18 hours per week Shift patterns: Sleep-in shifts Tuesday and Thursday – paid at £62 per night; Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening shifts 15.45-21.45. Shift patterns to be discussed at interview. Salary: £12.80 per hour About the role: You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions in Saxby Lane. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day personal care, assisting with mobility, cooking, budgeting, attending appointments and engaging in community activities such as games nights, gym, bowling and swimming. You will also support with activities within the home such as baking, painting and learning to play an instrument. Qualifications and experience: We welcome candidates with or without care experience. A caring personality, passion for empowering others and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
