Youll bring energy, structure and a people-first approach to team development, while never losing sight of quality and safety.Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor in a similar settingStrong background as a Service Engineer or Fitter on LCVs, HGVs or Plant & EquipmentPreferably competent in using diagnostic tools and maintenance systemsEngineering qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ preferred)Calm under pressure and confident in setting clear team prioritiesAbout UsDawsongroup EMC is part of Dawsongroup, one of Europes leading asset rental businesses.
