Developing our employees is a top priority at Jump and the person in this role will work closely with business leaders and the wider People Operations teams to design, build and implement exciting learning and development initiatives throughout the firm.We are looking for a regional leader responsible for identifying and delivering non-campus related professional & skill development programs, and other related initiatives in EMEA while operating collaboratively within the global Jump structure.This role will take ownership for the development of our UK & EU based talent, with a global reach through active partnerships across the world.
