Role PurposeProduct Director – Remote based. This position serves as the Product Owner for an enterprise‑scale ServiceNow platform offered within a managed services environment. The role leads the strategic vision, productisation, and continuous enhancement of ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable value to a broad customer base. Success relies on deep collaboration with cross‑functional teams, proactive understanding of market and customer needs, and strong thought leadership in emerging capabilities. A key focus is the integration of Agentic AI technologies. These intelligent, autonomous agents will enable advanced automation, improved decision‑making, and a seamless user experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The role will sit at the centre of product innovation, AI‑led transformation, and service orchestration to ensure delivery of scalable, adaptive, and future‑ready services.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the overall ServiceNow product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer outcomes.Lead, mentor, and support the ServiceNow product organisation, driving high performance, skills development, and innovation.Oversee end‑to‑end design, deployment, and lifecycle management of ServiceNow solutions to ensure security, scalability, and operational quality.Partner with technical, delivery, and commercial teams to accelerate ServiceNow adoption and integration across services.Continuously monitor platform performance, cost efficiency, and resource utilisation to optimise operational effectiveness.Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements, market trends, and evolving AI capabilities to drive continuous improvement.Skills And Experience RequiredDemonstrable experience as a Product Owner or Product Leader for enterprise ServiceNow platforms within an MSP or SaaS environment.Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.Deep understanding of ServiceNow enterprise modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, HR, and Risk, including platform architecture.Knowledge of Agentic AI, including autonomous agents, task orchestration, cognitive automation, and decision‑making frameworks.Proven ability to shape product strategy and deliver roadmaps incorporating AI or data‑driven enhancements.Experience in productising AI‑driven features and developing associated go‑to‑market strategies.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketingIndustryMarketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
