Job Overview We’re looking for a driven, curious, and self‑sufficient finance professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. You will help shape the financial backbone of our business by delivering high quality business insights through analytical tools, enhancing and implementing robust control processes, and supporting the integration of newly acquired companies. Responsibilities Maintain scorecards and develop financial reports to support strategic decision‑making. Review, monitor, and improve internal control processes. Assist in compiling and reviewing Group and Statutory financial reports for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless financial support. Safeguard company assets, including stock checks and WIP balance validation. Support acquisition and integration activities: transition legacy accounting standards, assist with SAP setup and data extraction, reconcile system balances, develop improved reporting processes pre‑integration, and collaborate on integration projects and data analysis. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands‑on financial experience with strong accounting knowledge. Fully qualified or nearing completion of a finance or accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Solid working knowledge of SAP. Experience in a service‑based organization is highly desirable. Experience with acquisition accounting and post‑deal integration is an advantage.
