Your new role
As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll manage one offshore finance assistant and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and control
Managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Leading month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
Handling VAT returns and payroll submissions
Supporting pricing strategy and margin analysis
Providing financial insight to support business performance
Driving improvements in financial systems and processes

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience with some of the above responsibilities. You'll bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. Experience with Xero and knowledge of the luxury, events, or project-based sectors would be a bonus. It is essential that you are able to start a new role in December 2025.
