Business Development Manager Role Join to apply for the Business Development Manager role at NBT Brunei (Inchcape). Location: Diss, Norfolk Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time Capacity: Permanent position Salary: £35,000 per annum Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the sector. Research and understand industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company pricing and margin targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company. Act as a point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process. Candidate Attributes Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, growing team. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. A proactive, self-starting attitude with a focus on results and relationship-building.
