Join a community that cares about you      More about your role   In this role, you will ensure the Group meets all statutory, non-statutory, and legal obligations, driving continuous improvement and compliance across all regions. You will work collaboratively with teams and contractors to manage risks, lead compliance audits, and report performance at all governance levels. Supporting Technical Managers, you will help deliver consistent maintenance standards, technical audits, and contractual commitments. You will also contribute to tender submissions, lifecycle planning, and capital project delivery, ensuring best-value and technical accuracy. Additionally, you will support new contract start-ups, training, and knowledge sharing, while providing practical operational support on technical, repair, and maintenance matters in an inclusive and collaborative way.   Essential Criteria   Qualified to a minimum of HNC/D in a Building Services–related discipline, with a degree or CIBSE membership preferred. Strong and detailed knowledge of property compliance requirements.   More About you   You will hold at least an HNC/D qualification in a Building Services–related subject, with a degree or CIBSE membership preferred. You will have strong knowledge of property compliance requirements and be confident working across multiple sites. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and capable of preparing and presenting clear specifications, reports, and detailed surveys.
