What You'll Be Doing Supporting people to live independently in their own homes.Providing personal care, companionship, and emotional support.Being someone they can trust and rely on. What We Offer Pay: £14.12 - £14.68 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay). Weekly pay: Get paid every week Mileage payment: 40p per mile plus paid travel time. Free Enhanced DBS Check. We cover the cost for you. Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. Two weekends off per month for a healthy work-life balance. 5-day Induction Training to give you the confidence and skills you need. Shadow Shifts alongside experienced carers before working independently. A dedicated Line-Manager always available when you need guidance. A supportive team that values you as much as the people we care for. Essential Requirements You must be a car owner and driver to visit clients in their homes.
