The Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our growing team. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes and local community, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, changing incontinence aids).
• Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with mobility and medication reminders.
• Encourage independence and participation in community activities.
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the care coordinator.

What We're Looking For

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
• A caring, empathetic nature and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK Driving License and access to your own car (essential).
• Commitment to a minimum of 16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
