When you join the Nestlé Sales Graduate Scheme you will embark on an exciting 2‑year journey that provides hands‑on experience into understanding how a fast‑paced commercial environment operates within a leading FMCG organisation. You will interact with a range of teams and work across a breadth of placements that could include sales operations, eCommerce, field sales and account management. You’ll tackle commercial challenges while receiving guidance from expert mentors. We’ll help you develop your core sales knowledge by providing opportunities to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage with clients and develop strategies that enhance our sales performance. Hands‑on experience: Engage directly with a range of different functional teams internally and customers externally applying your knowledge and skills to make an impact. Diverse exposure: Rotate through different roles and strengthen your sales knowledge. Present to clients on topics such as sales volumes, promotional activity, new product launches and more. Stakeholder management: Balance the needs of customers, supply chain, operations and marketing, honing interpersonal skills.
