Joining Nestlé’s Supply Chain Graduate Scheme will see you rotate across three varied job placements throughout the 2‑year scheme. These rotations will allow you to work across a range of different settings from our factories and distribution centres to our head office locations. During the scheme you will work on our product portfolio, which means you could be working with iconic brands such as KitKat, Nescafé, Purina and more. We carefully design our graduate scheme to give you the very best exposure to our supply‑chain operation, coupled with a structured development programme that reflects our passion for developing careers. Our end‑to‑end supply chain is world class, allowing you to develop your knowledge and learn from industry experts. You’ll need to have a degree – this can be in any subject and at any grade. You’ll need to be mobile across the UK throughout the duration of the scheme, as you could be placed at different factory locations during the 2 years. Commitment to the scheme and willingness to learn are also essential. The recruitment journey After you click “apply” you’ll be prompted to answer a few questions to determine your eligibility for the scheme. If you qualify, we will invite you to complete an online assessment, which you can practice here. Please do not upload a CV; instead, upload any relevant qualifications to support your application. Once you have completed this stage, we will notify you if you are selected to attend an assessment day, which will be in February or March 2026. There may be a short interval between assessment stages – we appreciate your patience.
