Job Advert: Supply Secondary Teacher Location: Lincoln Salary: £150 – £220 per day (depending on experience and role) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Flexible supply opportunities Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible work in secondary schools across Lincoln? We are currently recruiting for Supply Secondary Teachers to join our network of dedicated educators supporting schools with daily cover, short-term placements, and long-term assignments. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety in their work, want to experience different school settings, or are seeking flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for all students Follow school policies and classroom management strategies Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines Support students in their learning and wellbeing Communicate effectively with school staff and cover teams Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (placements accepted for ECTs) Excellent classroom management and communication skills A flexible and positive approach to teaching Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting student welfare If you are an enthusiastic and committed educator looking for a new challenge, this role is perfect for you.
