About the Role: This is a fully remote job with a global scope. You’ll manage daily tasks, organise travel, assist with personal and business matters, and help create smooth and high-quality experiences. Craft bespoke luxury travel itineraries,curating unique experiences and ensuring effortless movement across global destinations. Deliver VIP-level concierge and lifestyle management,handling everything from exclusive reservations to high-touch experiences. Coordinate private events and engagements, ensuring every detail—the venue, the timing, the ambience—is impeccably executed. Conduct deep research and manage logisticsfor significant purchases, rare items, and special gifts. Collaborate with Executive Assistants and different teamsacross multiple time zones, maintaining a harmonious and efficient ecosystem. Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to plan proactively.
