Senior Remote Personal Assistant (English & Russian Fluent) Private Family Office Fully Remote A highly dynamic, fast‑paced Private Family Office is seeking an exceptional Senior Remote Personal Assistant to support a senior executive across a wide range of personal, logistical, and lifestyle matters. This role requires a rare combination of intellectual sharpness, operational mastery, and emotional intelligence. You will be trusted to manage sensitive tasks with complete autonomy – precision, discretion, and judgment are essential. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of coordination for all personal and lifestyle‑related matters. Independently manage high‑intensity, time‑critical tasks and priorities. Plan and execute complex international travel arrangements (including private aviation), often with last‑minute changes. Coordinate global luxury services, bespoke experiences, and private events with flawless execution. Communicate and liaise with private staff, vendors, advisors, and service providers across multiple time zones. Conduct deep research, provide scenario planning, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Ensure end‑to‑end ownership: follow‑through on every detail until full completion. Uphold absolute confidentiality, discretion, and loyalty in all interactions. Who You Are: Highly experienced: 5+ years supporting UHNWIs, founders, or senior executives in demanding, discretion‑heavy environments. Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Russian (spoken and written). Globally aware: Comfortable navigating international travel, cross‑cultural norms, and global service standards. Operationally outstanding: Simplify complexity, act quickly, and never compromise on accuracy. Proactive by nature: Anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and work independently. Detail‑driven: Standards are “flawless,” not “good enough.” Emotionally intelligent: Adapt communication to highly discerning individuals and maintain calm under pressure. Discreet & trustworthy: Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. What Makes This Role Unique: A pivotal role supporting the daily life and operations of a globally mobile, high‑profile individual. Exposure to the inner workings of a sophisticated private ecosystem: luxury travel, personal strategy, high‑level decision‑making, and elite service standards. A rare platform to grow into a trusted, long‑term partner— not just an assistant. An opportunity to operate at a world‑class level and build experience valued across global elite networks. This is more than a job — it is a strategic support role at the side of a person building and leading at the highest level. If you are sharp, grounded, and ready to deliver excellence with purpose, we look forward to hearing from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
