Both companies are part of the bigger franchise group – Franchise Brands.We are looking for an Engineer to do public utility network and domestic mains water supply network engineering for our North East Franchise, mainly based in Sunderland.What does it entail?As a Mains Water Engineer, you will be independently completing mains water investigations, repairs and new installations on-site for our customers. You'll be responsible for caring for the customer on-site and providing temporary solutions to customers, so excellent customer care is vital - you'll need to confidently talk the customer through the works to leave them with reassurance and peace of mind.
