We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering one of the largest new education facilities in Kent – an £80million multi-phase campus, set to provide over 2000 school places across both primary and secondary education.

With the project progressing on site, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the external works and some internal fit out works till the end of the project in July 2026.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:

*

Oversee the external packages on the project, including hard and soft landscaping and external finishes - before moving onto the internal fit out.

*

Manage subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality expectations.

*

Drive Health & Safety standards and ensure site compliance across all trades.

*

Work closely with design and commerical teams to resolve any technical issues.

*

Maintain progress reporting and ensure smooth delivery through snagging and handover.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

*

Proven Site Management experience on large new-build or education projects.

*

Strong background in both externals and internal fit out.

*

A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong communication and leadership skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.
