Provide specialist clinics in Stroke, TIA, Falls, Parkinson’s disease and Dementia, including a one‑stop TIA clinic with same‑day Carotid Doppler scanning and direct access to the vascular team.Provide community care, including multidisciplinary team meetings, community clinics/visits and care‑home visits.
