As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for maximising sales performance whilst fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. Your role as a Customer Sales Representative
- Make outbound calls to customers for accurate order-taking according to schedule.
- Handling incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer care.
- Achieving targets by capitalising on orders, promotions, and maintaining polite and prompt customer responses.
- Contributing to effective operations through administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, and engaging in account prospecting for new customers.
- Greene King supports agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to 2 days per week after training.
