Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Home-based (Central to South West patch, ideally around Yeovil) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Here at VIVO Defence Services we are hiring for a Business Support Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised and professional individual to play a key role supporting the Operations Director across our South West contracts. You'll be at the heart of a busy leadership environment, providing high-level administrative, organisational and operational support to ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. About the Role This is a home-based position, ideally located centrally within the South West patch around Yeovil. The role requires occasional travel – typically a couple of times a month – for site visits and meetings across the region. You will work closely with the Operations Director, providing trusted and effective PA and administrative support, while also helping to coordinate and manage activities across the Senior Management Team. From complex diary management and meeting preparation to tracking actions, producing polished reports and maintaining oversight of key projects, your input will ensure the smooth running of operations at every level, including presentations and reports. What you'll need We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the confidence to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will need proven experience in a senior business support, PA or operations role, ideally supporting senior leaders. Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint) are essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
