Do you wish to support young people and be part of an amazing effort to end youth homelessness?
Leading youth homelessness organisation in the Southwest is looking for well organised, efficient Support Workers to support young people who are at risk of or have been homeless.
You will be providing high quality of support targeted to meet the needs of young people helping them to develop independent living skills such as accommodation needs, financial management, rents and debts, health and wellbeing, social needs and integratingpositively within the wider community.
**You will**
- Be passionate and confident working with and being around young people and helping them to reach their goals and full potential
- Be good at problem solving, working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage behaviour which challenge If occurs within the project
- Have experience in working in housing/homelessness
- Understand the needs of and issues facing young people
- Have great listening skills as well as written and IT skills
- Be able to work in a non-judgemental way.
