At Kallikor, we’re redefining the future of supply chains and automation by building immersive, world-scale synthetic environments. Leveraging the latest in AI, gaming, and open‑source technologies, we empower businesses to continuously optimise, plan, and respond dynamically by providing a digital representation of their entire operations. Through advanced digital twins and enterprise metaverses, our platform allows companies to visualise, analyse, explore, and experiment with their supply chain environments, enabling smarter, faster decisions that drive real-world impact. At Kallikor, you’ll work alongside individuals who strive for excellence in all they do and are driven to uplift and challenge those around them. We’re motivated by solving complex problems, aiming to achieve transformative change in the industrial landscape. Our roots lie in cutting‑edge technology and strategic innovation, originally developed for the gaming, entertainment, and defence sectors. Learn more about our mission at kallikor.ai. The Mission We are empowering businesses to continuously optimise and respond dynamically by providing a digital representation of their entire operations. As an Associate Modelling Engineer, you will help build the “brains” behind these digital twins. Your Contribution You will be writing high-quality, well‑tested code to help us add and improve product capabilities. You won’t just be coding; you will be implementing algorithms that result in plausible modelling behaviour. Who We Are Looking For: The Builder: You can take a concept and structure it using Software Design patterns. The Thinker: You have a grounded understanding of algorithms and logic. You enjoy making code efficient. You also enjoy explaining how your code creates impact for end customers. The Team Player: You possess a behaviour that focuses on impact—valuing the quality of the outcome above ego. You define success by "getting it right" collectively. Technical Background: Proficiency in a modern software language is essential (python is a plus). Experience or interest in scientific computing (e.g., NumPy, Pandas) is a plus. A background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply. About Us Kallikor is determined to foster an environment where people can do their best work and feel like they belong. We believe a healthy culture, strong values and contribution from a diverse range of individuals will help us to achieve success. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status or any other legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
