Salaried GP Wyre Forest Health Partnership Location: Kidderminster Medical Centre, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY10 2BG Job Summary Wyre Forest Health Partnership – up to 7 sessions per week, based at Kidderminster Medical Centre. Join our welcoming team as a Salaried GP. We are a successful and ambitious health partnership, delivering high‑quality patient care across urban and semi‑rural areas. We pride ourselves on being a valued, respected team dedicated to exceptional service. Responsibilities Each routine session capped at 15 contacts. No home visits – dedicated home visiting is ANP led. 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays. 1 week guaranteed paid study leave per year. Innovative back‑room function minimizing review of long‑term condition blood results or clinical letters. All GPs provided with a laptop; flexible working supported. Support from a multi‑disciplinary team including pharmacists, physiotherapists and care‑coordinators. Experienced triage GPs book appointments; all booked patient contact is GP appropriate. Regular funded salaried away‑day teaching sessions with other salaried GPs across the partnership. Structured induction package tailored to meet candidate needs. Regular educational meetings and supervision (both on site and cross‑partnership). Salary from £10,500 per session per annum (dependent on experience). Performance‑related pay and appraisal structure. MDU indemnity reimbursed by partnership. Qualifications & Experience Professional qualification and UK registration. Evidence of continuous development. Experience working within primary care. Additional Requirements Working independently. Auditing practices compliance against NICE technology assessment guidance. Desirable Previous experience/equivalent in primary care/GP practice role. Demonstrable track record of achievement in quality, patient safety and patient experience. Experience of effective partnership and working with internal and external stakeholders. Personal Attributes Self‑directed practitioner. Highly motivated. Flexibility. Enthusiasm. Team player.
