If you answered YES, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teacher / Cover Supervisor to work across several secondary schools in South Manchester, with a particular focus on Cheadle Hulme. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in education, develop classroom management skills, and make a real difference to students’ learning. What will you be doing? Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects. Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. Supporting students with their work and encouraging engagement. Working closely with school staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. What we’re looking for Strong communication and organisational skills. Confidence in managing groups of students. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience working with young people. Why choose this role?
