Technical Services Engineer – Blue Zinc ITLocation: Belfast If you're looking for a role that’s more than just closing tickets, this could be the perfect step in your career. As a Technical Services Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them solve problems, discover solutions, and get the most from our products. No two days are the same: one day you might be deep diving into a bug investigation, and the next you’ll be working on migrations, onboarding, or creating knowledge base articles that thousands of users rely on.
