Technical Service Engineer Associate

DescriptionYour roleWe are looking for an Associate Technical Service Engineer to join our 3rd line infrastructure engineering team. Your role will involve working within a very dynamicoperations team who support Linux storage virtualisation and backup role requires a self-motivated person who will be energised learning the vast array of different technologies. You will need strong inter-personal skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. This team is working with a customer who is in embarking on a major technical refresh so there will be plenty of challenges and opportunities to learn for the right person.Your Transferable Skills and ExperienceGood technical knowledge and understanding of server infrastructure and operating systemsBe able to demonstrate applying your knowledge in a technical support environmentProven track record of engagement in change and project implementationProven record of Incident/Problem/Change ManagementYou must be willing and eligible to undergo required Clearance for this position. Note: This position is based in Belfastdue to the proximity to the DCs.
