Job Description We are seeking an experienced functional engineer (Product Developer - Oracle HCM) to support key change initiatives and business-as‑usual activities within Oracle HCM. The role focuses on configuration, delivery of change items, BAU processes and ticket resolution to enhance our core HR system. The successful candidate will support configuration in Oracle HCM following approved change requests across multiple HR modules, provide technology support insights, and collaborate with IT teams where applicable. What you’ll be doing Configure key Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning & Performance, HR Helpdesk) to meet evolving business requirements. Demonstrate strong technical expertise to support innovative change requests, partnering with HR and Operational Excellence teams. Align system changes with the standard BAU calendar to ensure consistency with established HR processes and timelines. Leverage deep knowledge of HR policies and processes to identify and implement system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and compliance. Oversee Oracle quarterly releases and facilitate playback sessions to keep relevant stakeholders informed and engaged. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements, translating them into effective configurations within Oracle. Partner with internal teams (IT, Data, Integrations) to ensure system design and functionality align with downstream impact assessments. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and configuration workbooks, to support system integrity and user adoption. Qualifications Proven configuration experience in Oracle HCM. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Strong understanding of payroll processes. Ability to analyze complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle HCM. Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle HCM. Hands‑on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customization. Excellent communication skills. Benefits Annual performance‑related bonus plan and share schemes.
