Brightstar Hospitality Management is looking for a proactive and dynamic Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Revenue & Distribution team.What you’ll be doing here is ideal for an analytical, commercially minded professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and strategic collaboration.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and implement pricing, selling, and inventory strategies to optimize profitability across multiple hotels.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and refine existing strategies.Align revenue strategies with the broader business goals of each hotel.Yield ManagementMonitor occupancy rates and forecast demand accurately.Provide support to the hotels in adjusting room rates and availability in real time based on market trends.Analyse booking patterns to anticipate demand and identify trends or anomalies.Market Analysis & Competitive BenchmarkingConduct in-depth analysis of competitors’ pricing and market positioning.Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to forecast future demand.Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and present actionable recommendations.Provide regular updates to Revenue Directors and hotel owners.Demand Calendar ManagementCreate and maintain a demand calendar, incorporating seasonality, local events, and historical data.Anticipate and plan for demand changes, updating the calendar as market conditions evolve.Room Rates & Distribution ManagementEnsure price parity and accuracy across all distribution channels.Analyse distribution channel performance and refine strategies accordingly.Who We’re Looking ForExperienceAt least 1 year in a revenue management role (single-site, on-property, or as a revenue analyst).Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable strategies.Strong hotel industry knowledge and experience.SkillsExceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, RMS Cloud, Brilliant, or Room Master.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with teams.Commercially minded with a knack for spotting trends and training others.Personal AttributesProactive and adaptable in rapidly changing market conditions.Innovative problem-solver with a team-oriented approach.Perks of the RolePrivate Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage available after successful completion of probation.Limitless Leave: Flexible, unlimited time off to prioritize your wellbeing and work-life balance, starting after probation.Performance Bonuses: Earn additional rewards for delivering strong results and driving success.Team-Building Activities: Regular opportunities to connect with colleagues through engaging and fun events.Ready to Apply?If you’re passionate about driving revenue growth and making an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
