Responsibilities Lead the preparation of financial reports for key entities, including consolidated statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to IFRS and other relevant standards. Coordinate external audits, liaising with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations, ensuring efficient and successful audit completion. Provide technical support and guidance on complex accounting matters, resolving issues and advising on best practices. Perform quality assurance reviews on financial reports, focusing on the accurate recording and disclosure of significant matters to uphold reporting standards. Monitor changes in financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company's reporting practices remain compliant and up‑to‑date. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent are essential. Highly experienced in financial reporting and audit, with significant experience as a Senior Manager or above in a large professional consultancy firm. In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and related regulatory requirements for reporting. Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments to address complex accounting and reporting issues effectively. Strong team collaboration spirit and a commitment to continuous learning, adapting to evolving industry and regulatory landscapes. Preferred: Profound understanding of the TMT sector, including leading practices in financial reporting specific to the TMT industry.
