Product Manager – Home Lending We're looking for a Product Manager to lead improvements across our Home Lending journeys at ClearScore. This is a hybrid role spanning customer-facing UX, internal tools, and adviser workflow optimisation, ideal for someone who thrives in a complex environment and enjoys shaping clarity from ambiguity. You'll work with engineering, design, and operational teams (including advisers and case managers) to deliver meaningful improvements to user experience, conversion, and operational efficiency. As the sole PM in this part of the organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in modernising a traditionally broker‑led space and translating opportunities into impactful, measurable outcomes. This role evolves as the business scales, you'll influence the future of how ClearScore creates best‑in‑class secured lending and equity release experiences. Responsibilities Improve digital lending journeys by identifying friction, refining UX and content, and optimising conversion funnels (especially post‑tile, secured loan and equity release flows). Enhance operational efficiency by understanding adviser and case manager workflows and delivering internal tooling or automation that reduces handling time. Lead structured discovery using data analysis, user insight, stakeholder feedback, and operational observation to define clear, prioritised problems. Drive delivery end‑to‑end with crisp requirements, thoughtful prioritisation and tight iterations with engineering and design. Build strong partnerships across both digital teams and traditional broker operations, earning trust through clarity, accountability and reliable execution. Shape the roadmap for Home Lending, balancing user value, operational realities and technical constraints. Qualifications Experience as a Product Manager working on digital journeys, internal tools, or operationally complex workflows. Strong analytical skills - able to dig into funnel data, user behaviour and operational metrics. Experience shaping discovery with non‑technical partners. Experience setting direction, objectives and a roadmap for your team. Excellent communication skills, particularly when aligning cross‑functional teams. Confident decision‑maker who can prioritise, iterate and make progress in incomplete information environments. Experience in regulated or financial services is helpful but not required.
