What You'll Do

  1. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  3. Interviewing & Screening: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  4. Placement & Support: Match candidates with exciting opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support.
  5. Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide expert insights.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success in recruitment with strong client and candidate management skills.
  2. Results-Driven Mindset: A proactive, organised, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Tech-Savvy Approach: Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and industry-specific software.

What We Offer

  1. Competitive Salary: Up to £33K basic + commission + bonus.
