Position: Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Location: Fareham, Hampshire

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to £33K, with excellent benefits

What You'll Do
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Interviewing & Screening: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Placement & Support: Match candidates with exciting opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide expert insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

  • Proven Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success in recruitment with strong client and candidate management skills.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A proactive, organised, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
