Vision: Changing Lives through Education Responsibilities Preventative and Reactive Maintenance Building and Equipment Maintenance Health, Safety, and Compliance Documentation and Inventory Management Refurbishment and Fit‑Out Projects Travel and Flexibility Qualifications 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations, or equivalent NVQ, or demonstrable experience to the same standard. Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems. Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques. A flexible and proactive approach to work with “can do” attitude. Familiarity with COSHH requirements for the equipment and chemicals being used. Interpersonal skill and ability to work on your own but at the same time part of the facilities wider team.
