They are now seeking an experienced AV Team Lead to join our London team and serve as a key representative onsite. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape and elevate an established service, supported by a benefits package that reflects the seniority and impact of the position.Operational ResponsibilitiesService ownership of all aspects of day-to-day delivery to our clients and partnersPrimary point of contact onsite for the clientStaff management for onsite team(s) and rotaProvide comprehensive reporting to the service delivery and account managerAttend monthly and quarterly service review meetingsProvide a senior level of technical support at the point of escalationOperational coordination between the client teams, including the technical helpdesk, field service, project teams, and client liaisonOnsite ExpectationsStrong leadership and team-building initiativesOnboarding and training of new staff membersConduct regular one-to-one meetings with individual staff membersConduct weekly meetings to consistently improve the onsite serviceIdentify and support training requirements or skills gaps within the teamAssist HR with return-to-work interviews, probation reviews, and incident investigationsAssist with the recruitment process when required, including interviews and providing feedback to the recruitment officerPerformance improvement management as requiredPreferred ExperienceMinimum of five years of corporate AV support experiencePrevious experience managing a teamAbility to mentor, train, and develop team membersKnowledge of audio-visual systems and technologiesKnowledge of event audio, video, and lighting equipment (digital and analogue)Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs, infrastructure, and evolving business processesAbility to analyse metrics, extract trending data, produce status reports, and provide continuous improvement recommendationsAbility to multitask and work under pressure to strict deadlinesRemain client-facing and calm under pressure at all timesExcellent communication, time management, presentation, and organisational skillsEnthusiastic and self-motivatedAbility to establish productive relationships at all levelsAbility to use initiative appropriatelyCustomer-focused with a friendly, welcoming, and helpful mannerSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
