The Scandinavian design brand Nordic Knots will open the doors to its first home in London at 130 Mount Street in October 2025. Situated in a townhouse on the corner of Mount Street and Berkeley Square, the London pied‑à-terre will feel like a residence, echoing the aesthetic of a Nordic Knots–designed apartment. Open to both trade and consumers, this will be the first opportunity in the UK to experience and shop our rugs, curtains, and an expanding range of home textiles in person. We are looking for talented individuals to join our London team as Sales & Showroom Associates, representing Nordic Knots as true brand ambassadors and knowledgeable consultants to our clients. In this role, you will welcome both trade professionals and private clients into our first UK home, delivering an inspiring showroom experience and guiding them seamlessly towards the right solutions for their homes and projects. We are offering part‑time positions of up to 30 hours per week, beginning October 2025 on a fixed‑term contract until April 2026, with the potential to extend in both hours and contract length. As part of our Retail Team at Nordic Knots, you enjoy connecting with people, are passionate about interior design, and motivated to help the brand build lasting client relationships. You bring warmth, expertise, and commercial awareness to every interaction, ensuring clients feel inspired and supported. The ideal candidate has a background in retail and interior design or category‑specific experience in rugs, curtains, and home textiles. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales: Deliver exceptional service in-store to both private clients and design professionals, offering knowledgeable guidance on our collection of rugs, curtains, and textiles, converting sales through engaging, personalised interactions Support & Administration: Manage follow‑ups, quotations, and client communication with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining a service‑driven and proactive approach Showroom Presentation: Maintain upkeep of spatial design and showroom presentation in accordance with brand & styling guidelines through meticulous organisation and attention to detail Sample Inventory & Logistics: Support ordering, deliveries, and supply management for product samples and store operations Product Learning: Complement product training with a proactive approach to using available resources to continuously deepen product knowledge Systems & Tools: Utilise available tools and systems effectively to support a seamless client journey Qualifications & Experience Experience in premium retail or a background in interior design Category knowledge in rugs, curtains, or home textiles preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a refined client service approach Organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to balance client‑facing duties and operational tasks Commercially minded & motivated by delivering results while upholding high standards of service Proactive & hands‑on teamplayer Flexible availability with the requirement to work on Saturdays Nordic Knots Nordic Knots was founded in 2016 by Liza B Laserow, Fabian Berglund and Felix Berglund.
