Head of Client Accounting – Our Client Our Client is a property management firm established for over 25 years, with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Due to a restructure and new business, they are now looking for a Head of Client Accounting to join their team. The successful candidate will be at a Senior Client Accountant/Account Manager level, seeking their next step up. The Role Requirements Managing a team of 5 people. Overseeing and managing the year‑end service charge accounting process. Preparing complex year‑end service charge accounts. Preparing quarterly and annual client reports. Responsible for overseeing the Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable functions. Preparing bank reconciliation. Handling supplier queries. Overseeing credit control and ensuring outstanding balances are closed. Maintenance of the property management database and implementation of new AI processes/software. Collating and running reports. The Person and Skill Requirements MUST HAVE experience of working in a property finance team. Experience of mentoring/managing staff. Experience of preparing year‑end service charge accounts and client reporting. Familiar with Property Management System such as QUBE/TRAMPS/YARDI. Happy to work 4/5 days in the office to start with.
