Job Description The Head of Client and Industry Solutions is a member of the Commercial Leadership Team and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. The role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business challenges and opportunities, and acting as a strategic partner to bridge the gap between client requirements and the company's products and services. This executive position requires deep industry knowledge across vertical markets such as Real Assets, Private Credit, Private Equity and Company Secretary services. The incumbent is a critical link between Alter Domus product capabilities and customers' business needs, engaging in commercial discussions with Global Signature accounts and Tier‑1 / Tier‑2 relationship managers. Profile Client engagement: Engage directly with key clients and C‑level executives to build trusted advisor relationships. Solution design: Collaborate with clients to analyze their business needs, challenges, and goals, and propose comprehensive solutions. Strategic consulting: Provide expertise and guidance, defining and leading the overall vision and strategy for customer industry solutions. Relationship management: Serve as point of contact for clients, building long‑term trust and maintaining communication. Business growth: Identify upselling, cross‑selling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Proposal management: Assist in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting sales. Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs and project outcomes to provide data‑driven insights. Industry expertise: Act as the company's leading subject‑matter expert on a specific industry. Cross‑functional leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing and sales teams to ensure solutions are viable and compelling. Thought leadership: Publish content (white papers, articles) and speak at events. Performance feedback: Analyze market and client data to track solution performance and influence product road‑maps. Leadership & Behavioural Competencies Executive presence and communication: Build rapport with C‑level clients and internal executives. Strategic and business acumen: Have deep industry understanding and analytical skill to drive decisions. Global perspective: Experience in multiple markets and cultures, leading virtual global teams. Leadership and influence: Lead in a matrixed environment, influence stakeholders without direct authority. Personal resilience: Manage competing demands, prioritize, remain calm under pressure.
