Job Details Poole — Specialist Business Centre, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, BH15 1TW. Permanent, Full‑time, Grade 2. Salary: £27,706 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £5,000). Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no weekend work). Responsibilities Proactively making outbound calls and taking inbound sales calls from new and existing business customers. Generating new business customer sales leads across multiple lead sources. Providing bespoke sales quotes matching the best possible deal for the customer considering their needs. Managing new and existing business customer accounts. Processing all sales orders accurately and efficiently. Achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets. Being an expert across the entire Currys B2B product range. Qualifications Previous experience working in a sales, customer service or services environment (Retail, Hospitality, etc.). Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
