We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join the Loughborough Sport team. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and energetic environment that inspires our students and customers to engage in health and fitness activities at industry-leading standards.Salary £24,794 to £26,230 per annum. As part of our front-line delivery team, you will provide exceptional customer care, deliver innovative fitness programmes, and support participants to achieve their physical activity goals.You will contribute to group exercise delivery, fitness consultations, safe equipment use, and be a positive presence on the gym floor, supporting both individual users and our Student Gym Activators. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others, strong communication and customer service skills, and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
