Product Governance Manager (Inside IR35) Contract Opportunity - Product Governance Manager (Inside IR35) We are seeking an experienced Product Governance Manager to join our client on a contract basis (Inside IR35). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering annual product reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving good customer outcomes across their product suite. Key Responsibilities Lead and conduct annual product reviews. Perform investigations and root cause analysis to identify drivers of trends. Prepare and present clear, concise executive summaries of findings. Support assessment of new product propositions and updates to existing products. Participate in relevant forums and committees. Identify required actions and ensure timely closure of review outcomes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Experience & Knowledge Experience in a Product Governance or Oversight function. Solid understanding of product governance rules, including PROD 4. Co‑manufactured operating model experience is beneficial but not essential. Skills & Personal Qualities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective relationship builder. Excellent analytical capability. Demonstrates customer‑centric thinking.
