Academic Appointments are working with Wakefield primary schools who are currently looking for full-time/part-time teachers to work as part of a dedicated and resourceful KS2 team.The ideal candidate will:Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), gifted and talented pupils, and English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners.Manage pupil behaviour effectively, promoting high standards of conduct and fostering a respectful classroom atmosphere.Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and the wider school community.Uphold the school’s values, policies, and procedures.Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils.To be considered for the role the requirements are:Hold a teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.Have experience working in a primary school setting.Knowledge of the National Curriculum is essential.Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)If you meet the requirements and you would like to apply to work in this exciting role ‘Apply Now’.
