KS2 Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary and ongoing starting January 2026 This is an excellent opportunity for a KS2 Teacher to join a school that provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Duties as KS2 Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for KS2 pupils in line with the national curriculum Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning Create a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND Maintain high standards of behaviour and implement effective classroom management strategies Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required Ideal KS2 Teacher: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies Previous experience teaching in a primary setting Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why Step Teachers?
