Demand Generation & Marketing (50%) Taking full ownership of Digital Glue’s marketing and demand generation strategy and execution. Managing the company’s LinkedIn profile and supporting social media for the leadership team. Creating and distributing the company newsletter to prospects and clients. Managing and updating the company website (content, basic maintenance). Developing and creating high‑quality content across formats including guides, blogs, and other materials. Supporting local PR initiatives to raise the agency’s profile. Working with external partners to support and grow demand generation activity. Client Account Executive (50%) Working closely with Account Managers to support the day‑to‑day delivery across a portfolio of client accounts. Maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Supporting campaign execution across various marketing channels (e.g., content, digital, social). Identifying opportunities to add value or grow existing client accounts. Does this sound like you? You have experience in social media management, specifically for business (LinkedIn experience is a plus). You understand the fundamentals of content creation, including short‑form video. You are confident working independently, taking ownership of tasks and deadlines. You are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
