Come and join our mission and be part of our team, our One Tunstall team.What will you be doing in this role?As our Solution Delivery Manager for Platform Development, you will lead the planning, implementation, product management and optimisation of solution delivery across our telehealth and care services. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers – local authorities, housing providers, and private clients – receive high-quality, compliant, and integrated telecare solutions that enhance user safety, independence, and wellbeing.In this vital role, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, user experience, and service delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for vulnerable populations and their caregivers. This role will bridge the gap between strategy and execution with the customer and user journey at its heart.The Ideal candidateTo be successful in this role you will have proven experience in solution or service delivery leadership or product management, ideally in the telecare, digital health or healthcare technology sector. A strong understanding of technology-enabled care (TEC), digital transitions (ie analogue to digital) and remote monitoring solutions is vital to the success of this role.You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
