Our client is a fast and leading environmental, health and safety and risk management service company offering various high quality and professional services to high profile clients, including blue chip clients across the UK. Due to consistent growth and business requirement, they are actively seeking the services of a high calibre Asbestos Bids Co-ordinator to join their busy office in the South East and would include applications from London, Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. Purpose of the Role Supporting the sales process – Co-ordinating the bidding and tendering opportunities. Attributes/Requirements Will have ample experience working within this role and within the industry involved. Will come from a strong sales, marketing and process management background. Will have excellent formal education, communication/people management and IT skills. Key Role Ensuring all PQQ Proposal, and other opportunities are evaluated are completed within time frame. Developing working relationship with staff and clients. Managing the administrative side with regards to bid co-ordination. Logging and ensuring that actions are taken appropriately on a daily basis. Evaluating and implementing good practice with regards to business. Monitoring sales figures – assisting and implementing sales strategies. Supporting the Bid staff and attending meetings. Getting involved with the PPQ and tender opportunities – evaluating and completing work with time scale (Documentation). Obtaining feed backs with regards to bids. Maintaining and updating information and documents. Producing and collating accurate reports and assisting with other duties as and when required. Ideally, the successful post holder will be smart, astute and commercially focused and structured and have the ability to take the business forward.
