M&E Contracts Manager - London

A leading building services maintenance provider specialising in providing full building maintenance services on commercial properties in the Thames Valley and London area is currently looking for an M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager.

My client is looking for an experienced M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager to oversee the M&E, HVAC, Building Services and hard services maintenance contract on a critical site in Bank.

Responsibilities:
  1. Overseeing the M&E maintenance in my client's commercial office contract.
  2. Recommending small works where needed and completing the quotations.
  3. Writing up condition reports.
  4. Ensuring delivery meets clients' KPI's.
  5. Ensuring an excellent service and building good rapport with clients.
  6. Making sure PPM work is completed on time.
  7. Maintaining a high standard of M&E, HVAC, Building services and hard services maintenance.
Qualifications:
  1. Relevant experience in contract maintenance management in a similar role.
  2. Good knowledge of hard services, i.e., air conditioning, plumbing, etc.
  3. Experience in the M&E, HVAC and building services maintenance sector.
  4. Computer literate.
  5. Commercially aware as a Contracts Manager, with extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the maintenance process.
  6. Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures.
  7. Full driving licence.

Salary: £65,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonuses + package
